This contest is aimed to be the first of many; I appreciate your interest as I figure it out & apply learning in future iterations. <3
This music video will feature a 3D scene of a rainy fall day, miscellaneous creations within the theme, and at least 10 human-made tracks. The very essence is meant to be non-cohesive. It is the mixture of different human creative takes on the theme!
- NO AI, PERIOD! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Submission must be created (started & completed) during the contest window. No repurposing pre-existing work.
- One submission can be entered per category.
- Submission must be safe for work. No nudity, vulgar, or inappropriate content.
how to enter
recognition & reward
This is my first contest, so simply come over to the Discord to submit in the appropriate channel!
For 3D submissions: please include a render of your submission and the software used (e.g. Blender, Maya, ZBrush). Export as .fbx format when you submit. Winning files should be delivered in a format compatible with Unreal Engine, with reasonable poly counts for a single combined scene. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, ask in Discord before the deadline!!
This is my first contest – unfortunately, no cash prizes yet. With enough interest and support on our Patreon, I can begin to offer more substantial prizes! <3
However, you will be featured on the Playable Drafts YouTube channel with credits given, along with potential social media posts with credits given.

Note: the video release date is a target. If file collection or assembly takes a long time, I’ll post updates in the Discord instead of rushing the final edit.
By submitting, you retain full ownership of your work, but grant Playable Drafts permission to feature winning submissions in the community music video and related promotional posts (YouTube, social media, Patreon), with credit given as described above.
Each category listed below will have a specific listed number of winners. These will be voted by the community using polls in a dedicated voting channel on Discord.
3D Art:
- 1 Winner: A house model
- 1 Winner: Outdoor environment (no props, foliage, or buildings. can include things like bridges, benches, etc.)
- 1 Winner: Foliage kit (up to 5 in a kit)
- 1 Winner: Scene character (human, creature, monster, etc.) – rigged/animated optional but encouraged!
- 1 Winner: Fall/Halloween decorative outdoor prop kit (up to 5 props in a kit)
Misc Submissions:
- Up to 10 Winners: Can be any medium as long as it fits the rainy fall day theme. Some ideas for inspiration: rain SFX/VFX, a pixel art piece, a photo of embroidery, a rendered video of a themed game level, etc.
Music Submissions:
- Up to 10 Winners: Lofi, jazz, or similar comfy styles are preferred.
